Returns & Exchanges
We want every Supra customer to be fully satisfied. If something isn't right, we make it right.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unworn, in original condition, with all original packaging and tags intact
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery to start the return
- The item is not in our Final Sale categories (see exclusions below)
Return Shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. When you open a return in our Returns & Exchanges Portal, you can purchase a prepaid USPS or UPS label at checkout-style cost and we'll deduct the label cost from your refund. Alternatively, you can ship the item back yourself with the carrier of your choice — just include your order number on the package.
Exception: If the item arrived damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong product, return shipping is on us. Email contact@suprasneakersshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a prepaid label at no cost to you.
Final Sale — Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance, except in the case of a verified defect or shipping error on our part:
- Collectibles (Pop Mart, Labubu, figures, plush, sealed product, graded slabs)
- Jewelry (Cartier, Chanel, Tag Heuer, chains, pendants, rings, watches, all jewelry items)
- Chrome Hearts (all Chrome Hearts items — apparel, accessories, jewelry)
- Trading Cards (Pokémon TCG, sports cards, sealed booster boxes, graded slabs, all TCG product)
- Electronics (headphones, speakers, consoles, phones, cameras, all electronic items)
- Any item marked “Final Sale” on the product page
- Items returned worn, damaged, or without original packaging
How to Start a Return
Visit our self-serve Returns & Exchanges Portal to start a return, swap a size, or exchange for a different item (pay the difference, or get a refund if the new item costs less). The portal walks you through label purchase if you want one from us.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically 1–2 business days), refunds are issued to the original payment method minus the return shipping label cost (if you purchased one through us). Refunds appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
